Rates

Cotton Tree Lodge offers guests three different rate structures so that you can get the best value out of your stay. Below, please find explanations of our three basic packages, and a breakdown of rates. Please note that rates vary seasonally and based on cabana style. Deposit and Cancellation Policy

25% deposit is required upon booking to guarantee a reservation.
Payment in full is required 60 days prior to arrival. If a booking is made 60 days or less prior to arrival, then payment in full is expected upon booking.
Cancellations more than 60 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund less a $100 administration fee; cancellations less than 60 days and more than 30 days will incur a 25% charge; and less than 30 days prior to arrival will not receive a refund. This policy applies for all cancellations.
Cotton Tree Lodge is not responsible for lost room nights due to travel delays, road conditions, weather, flooding, or illness.

Room Only Rates

Our ROOM ONLY package is may suit those who are renting a car and wish to explore the area independently, or those who are staying at Cotton Tree for a very short time. Please note that Cotton Tree Lodge is in a remote location, and alternative dining options are extremely limited. Room Only rates are charged per room per night and include:

Accommodation in a private thatched cabana
Most on-site activities
Drinking water

Additional guests (age 13+) in a cabana are charged $40 per person per night. Children (age 12 and under) are US $20 per child per night. Rates do not include 9% Hotel Tax.

Meals, tours, and transfers are available a la carte for our Room Only guests.

Full Board with Transfers

Our FULL BOARD package is a good option for those staying a shorter time, or for those who are less interested in tours and more interested in relaxing on our beautiful grounds. This package includes:

Round trip transfers between Punta Gorda and the lodge (one way by boat, one way by road*)
Accommodation in a private thatched cabana
Most on-site activities
Three meals per day (dinner only on arrival day, breakfast only on departure day)
Drinking water, soft drinks, and juices served with meals.

Additional guests (age 13+) in a cabana are charged $80 per person per night. Children (age 12 and under) are US $40 per child per night. Rates do not include 12.5% General Sales Tax and 9% Hotel Tax, which average to 10% tax.

*While we make every effort to transfer our guests by boat in one direction, occasionally the weather or condition of the access road make this impossible. In this case both transfers will be done by road. Please note that the boat transfer runs between the village of Boom Creek and the lodge (20 - 30 minutes). To reach Boom Creek, guests must first be transferred via van from Punta Gorda to the boat launch on an unpaved access road (30 minutes).

All-Inclusive Rates

Our ALL-INCLUSIVE package is our most popular option, ideal for travelers who wish to spend several nights at the lodge and fully explore the area with daily guided tours. This package includes:

Round trip transfers between Punta Gorda and the lodge (one way by boat, one way by road*)
Accommodation in a private thatched cabana
Daily guided off-site tour options (excluding arrival and departure days)
Unlimited on-site activities
Three meals per day (dinner only on arrival day, breakfast only on departure day)
Drinking water, soft drinks, and juices served with meals.
