In order to give our guests flexibility with their travel plans, we offer both Room-Only and All-Inclusive rates as well as special packages. Please see our Accommodation page for full descriptions of our cabanas.
The All-Inclusive plan is a great value for those wishing to take advantage of everything Cotton Tree Lodge has to offer. All-Inclusive guests have complimentary access to all of our On the Grounds activities and may participate in one of our cultural, wildlife, or adventure tours each day. All-Inclusive rates include accommodation, all meals, soft drinks, and airport transfers.
Room Only is good option for those only staying a short time, or for guests who are unsure if they want to participate in daily tours. Room Only guests have complimentary access to most activities listed in our On the Grounds section. They are welcome to join us for meals and daily tours for an additional cost. It should be noted that Cotton Tree Lodge is fairly isolated, and even with a rental car it might be difficult to reach other dining options.

Cancellation Policy
- 25% deposit is required upon booking to guarantee a reservation.
- Payment in full is required 60 days prior to arrival. If a booking is made 60 days or less prior to arrival, then payment in full is expected upon booking.
- Cancellations more than 60 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund less a $100 administration fee; cancellations less than 60 days and more than 30 days will incur a 25% charge; and less than 30 days prior to arrival will not receive a refund. This policy applies for all cancellations.
