Cotton Tree Lodge is well suited to meet your group tour planning needs. In the past we have hosted groups as diverse as Elderhostel, Road Scholars, National Geographic Expeditions, Katonah Yoga, Chocolate Lover’s Travel Club, various Student Groups and many more. Whether you’re a birding group looking to explore the tropical environs, a student biology group performing field research, or a yoga group desiring tranquil jungle surroundings, our staff can provide you with varied levels of custom designed group tour service. We have wonderful guides who can complement your own group leader’s expertise, or we can stay out of your way and just make sure your goals are met as you see fit. Our Belize Lodge is presently working with these travel groups: Dandelion Chocolate, TAZA Chocolate, Raaka Chocolate, Roni-Sue’s Chocolates, Vancouver Island University and other groups that are interested in service learning projects.
Our cabanas can be set up for singles, couples, families, or group members staying together. Simpler tour leader rooms are available at a reduced rate. Use our Main Lodge and riverside gazebo as yoga studios, meeting places, lecture halls, or workshops. Our restaurant staff will gladly do their best to accommodate special dietary requests. We have vehicles available to take your entire group to its desired destination.
We can accommodate groups of up to 60 people, or you can bring a smaller group and just reserve a few cabanas. Group rates are dependent on the number of people staying in each cabana and the amount of tour guides and special services needed. E-mail firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
